Five simple rules. Follow them and everyone gets a good game.

Play it friendly
Every game is a friendly. Leave the elbows and the rough stuff at the door — we’re here to have fun, not to win a war.

Three tries, then you’re in
New faces get up to 3 trial sessions to feel the vibe. After that it’s time to pay the annual fee — no fee, no floor time until it’s sorted.

Treat the kit like it’s yours
Always put equipment back in the basketball locker. If the club lends you something, look after it and make sure it finds its way back where it belongs.

Give us the heads-up
When we ask, confirm by email or WhatsApp whether you’re coming to the next session. It keeps team planning easy.

Tip-off waits for no one
Be on time: Thursdays at 19:00 sharp. The rest of the squad is on the court waiting — don’t leave them (or the clock) hanging.

Respect the house
We’re guests at ESCAPE. Follow the venue rules, leave the hall as you found it, and don’t bring in anyone who isn’t cleared to be there.
